Just want to share my view around the i4 reviews and Tesla Model 3.
Firstly, the reviewers had high expectations for being a BMW. The i4 is a victim of the BMW own success. It’s performance is even being compared with an M3 competition, a car that costs 2 times more.
BMW and Tesla are not...
Same cars as Matt from carwow
And surprisingly much more fair review done by Tesla fanboy
Spoiler - m50 least efficient but… he acknowledged that OTA could help and (my remark) if you took e40 that is 15% more efficient it could be sooo good
Finally, it's here, compliments of Mat Watson. Confirms what I thought, 1) the 0-60 times difference between the 2 cars always a spec game, Tesla has in fine print that their times excludes the roll-off from standing, the BMW is actually a tiny bit faster, and 2) the BMW is tuned to keep on...
A good article comparing the two cars, the author is a fan of both BMW and tesla (see his sites: BMW, tesla).

Perhaps not directly BMW I4 related, but I find it really interesting and I think that it really emphasizes just how important it is for BMW to get the I4 and IX right. The 3-series is still a clear accumulated best-seller for 2021, but this is most likely...
This is actually a reasonable way to give us an estimate of launch comparison (assuming accurate video speeds and same terrain inclines...).
In the video i4 is faster to get to 220kmh, but M3P will go on to 260+.
Does anyone have experience with both the BMW driving assistant and Tesla? If so, how would you rate them? Obviously i4 is not here yet, we can only assume i4's assistant is the same as the current version, or better.
One of the reasons that I'm buying a new car is that I have plans for many...
