The all-electric BMW i4 is estimated to go from 0-60 in 4 seconds, that's slightly faster than the BMW M4 that does it in 4.1 seconds. But upgrading to the M4 Competition brings it back in the lead at 3.9 seconds. Similar results are expected in quarter mile, likely making the BMW i4 0.1-0.2 faster than the M4 that does it in 12.2 seconds.

I would guess it's for the AWD model but with how instant electric power is you never know.
