Hi. I have used bimmercode to change a few of the basic settings and it was quite easy.

Has anyone been able to set the easy access seating setup? I recall once when. I got into the car, the seat did more forward once I closed the door... But, I have not been able to get that to happen again. 🤔. I did see a YouTube clip where someone programmed it on an older bmw using bimmercode, though.
I'm curious on this one too. Have it in my current car and I think I'd miss it.

I'm so jealous of you guys with 8.0 right now. I would love Comfort+. I mean if the programming and hardware is capable of it, I don't understand why it's not an option from the factory.

You know BMW is missing out on money here. With 8.5 not being able to do this coding, they could sell comfort plus in the connected store. BMW if you are listening, one time fee, none of this subscription nonsense.

Hi guys - new to the EV world and thoroughly enjoying my LCI i4 e40 with m sports package. Mine dont have laser headlights (only tail lights are) but I was able to successfully update for the anti dazzle coding and loving the difference!

i am interested to add these drive modes (Comfort + and Sports Boost) - i would appreciate if someone could direct me to the post with info on that. Thanks a bunch! :)
You won't be able to make those changes as the code is still locked for changes to the center display in iDrive 8.5. I really want Comfort + as well. My only hope is that BMW sees the number of people with 8.0 who have done it and rave about it and they decide to offer it via connected services for a reasonable price.

Not sure if I missed the answer here, I have a 24 i4 xdrive. How do I enable comfort plus? The code I saw :
  • Body domain controller > Expert mode > FesComfortWorldMode1 > “ComfortPlus” >
  • Headunit > Expert mode > Fes_Comfort_Plus > Aktiv
  • Eco_Conf_Steering_Comfplus > Aktiv
  • Eco_Conf_Attenuation_Comfpl > Aktiv
But the headunit will not load anything since you cannot edit it. And I couldn’t find eco_eco*
No way to do with with iDrive 8.5 as far as I know. I'd love to have it for long road trips. Roads around here would be much better with just a bit softer suspension. I don't understand why BMW sticks to just 2 settings on the adaptive suspension.
