  • What is a reservation?
    The BMW i4 reservation entitles you to priority if you wish to order a BMW i4 when it is launched for sale in the United Kingdom. You are not under any obligation to order a BMW i4 and if you decide not to, your Deposit, subject to clause 3.5 of these Terms, will be returned to you.
  • When will I receive my BMW i4?
    Delivery of BMW i4 will commence from early 2022, but the exact delivery date will be dependent on the final specification of your vehicle.
  • What payment methods are accepted for a reservation?
    You can pay the deposit for your BMW i4 reservation using Visa or Mastercard on our secure online reservation form. If your chosen BMW Centre does not support Online Payments you can still reserve the i4. Your preferred BMW Centre will contact you directly to take your payment via an alternative means.
  • Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
    Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation email please check your junk email folder. Please contact your preferred BMW Centre if you require further assistance.
  • Does my reservation guarantee me a specific production slot?
    Your reservation doesn't guarantee a specific production slot, as this will be dependent on the final specification of your vehicle and when you placed your reservation.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Yes, please contact your preferred BMW Centre if you would like to cancel your reservation.
  • How will I be kept informed about my reservation?
    We'll send you updates about BMW i4 via email. Your preferred BMW Centre will be in touch to allow you to choose the specification of your car from Summer 2021.
  • Do I need to specify a preferred BMW Centre?
    Yes, you need to specify a BMW Centre within the reservation form.
  • When do I pay for my BMW i4?
    You will need to discuss this with your BMW Centre - you can also explore a range of BMW Finance options.
  • When will confirmed model information including pricing and specification be available?
    Confirmed model information and pricing will be available from Summer 2021.
  • When can I choose the specification of my BMW i4?
    You'll be able to choose the full specification of your BMW i4 in Summer 2021. Your preferred BMW Centre will contact you to discuss.
  • Is my reservation transferable to another person?
    No, your BMW i4 reservation is non-transferable.
  • When can I test drive the BMW i4?
    You'll be able to book a test drive from early 2022.
  • Can I reserve more than one BMW i4 ?
    No, BMW i4 reservations are limited to one per customer.
  • Will my reservation be automatically converted into an order?
    No, you'll need to place a separate order. Once the ordering window opens you shall have 30 days to place your order. Should you choose not to proceed within the 30 day period, your reservation fee will be refunded.
  • Can I read the reservation Terms and Conditions?
