Camera Fault 2023 i4 eDrive40 just started today....

Hello. Before I called BMW service I wanted to run it by you guys. This just started today. If I press the parking button, I get the error below:

If I select the Car Wash or the 3D View, and then go back to Parking option, it will start working. I saw an older thread on this and people mentioned that they rebooted the system and it went away. I haven't tried that yet. I have rebooted since it was updated last weekend to 07/2025.38. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I had the same fault too almost 2 years ago. Went away. Dealer could not find anything.

I have had this 3 or 4 times. It goes away after a stop and start, I didn't bother going to the dealer since the fix is so simple. It's probably a small bug in the camera driver.

I had same message couple weeks ago. Cleared itself and didn’t come back so far

I get this message after I’ve updated to 07/2025—every time I’m pulling into a parking spot and turn on the top down view for the camera. I have to toggle the on screen camera buttons in the parking menu to get it to come up correctly
