Added pretty much every option available. I was on the fence with the Sim card, but really it was a drop in the bucket, and if I forget my phone I can use my watch. Plus I figured I will have two networks, which around here ATT is spotty in some areas.

8 months! I will most likely get a 2023. If I am lucky, it will be an awesome Christmas gift to myself, and if not, I am not in a rush, I would rather have it just the way I like it, then sooner for sure.

Now how do I stop from feeling guilty for treating myself to such an awesome car. My wife did get her Citadel first, so I was due for an upgrade next, right?

I bought almost the same car with cognac but no ventilated seats or exterior carbon.

I have a Fisker pre-ordered for the wife.

Lol, wile test driving the demo i4 my dealership had, my wife insisted on driving an X5. I have had my preorder since October. We had been curious about how quick it was in electric only. Luckily they had one.

Walked away thinking we would get one. Once the HK sound came back we pulled the trigger. This wait should be less. It will most limy have the auto lower tailgate delete but neither of us care.

Haha yeah no I work for my money. I actually lost my leg 2.5 years ago leaving work late and tired.

So I heard back from the salesman and they are saying preliminary yes on the merino leather. He said I will know for sure when I get my build slot/production number. He says they like to say yes at first, but things could change as the time gets closer.

The reason I'm asking is that I've been told no go on the individual leather options on my car.

I'm in California with a build due to start in less than 6 weeks. I read the thread, you car is a MY2023.

That corresponds with what I'm being told about availability.

At first the salesman tried to give me a hard no on the merino. I told him I understood that they would have to call someone higher up for permission, and I said I was in no rush to get the car. I kinda left the impression that I was willing to find a dealer that would place the order if they would not. The next day he e mailed me a tentative yes.

Yeah,. They supposedly opened up individual in March but it is difficult to get on a 2022 build. With my car going from 111 to scheduled soon, I'm not willing to push out the date just to get a leather dash.

It was already scheduled late from the start. Not sure what triggered my build being pushed so late. Can't figure out what combination did it, but it's fully loaded only missing external carbon and ventilated seats. Every other option box is checked.

So that is interesting that they only have a certain amount of individual build slots? So should I add a fancy paint also to make it worth their while and have a better chance at getting the slot? I do like some of the purple shades, but I do not like that it removes the driving assistant to have a fancy paint.

I am pretty sure I am going to end up in a 2023 build slot, 4 months for production number then an additional 4 months to build has it being made maybe in October or November....

She has decided that she wants a Silverado EV so she can tow her trailer, so today I put in a reservation.

I would guess the war pushed you and everyone back, the wiring harnesses were produced in the Ukraine. BMW had to find a new source, basically tool a new factory with little to no notice.

Actually it wasn't the war.
My proposed build week was 21 from the initial acceptance by the factory at the end of Dec.

When my order was accepted there wasn't any war.

Now if it gets pushed further; it's the war and whatever.

I just tried. I still don't see any incentives for either the iX or the i4.
There's $2000 on the 4-Series, but if you click through, it does not appear to include the i4.

How did you confirm the amount???? When I did it a couple months ago, it just eligibility confirmed!!!
