Hi,
Finally received my i4 yesterday 😀 but I am issues connecting the My BMW ID. I am going through the process but keep getting the error message No Mobile Data Connection ? Has anyone else had this issue?
My iPhone is connected via Bluetooth but apart from that I am at a standstill with iDrive 8 ?? Any help would be much appreciated 👍🏻

Did you try to restart the idrive8 system by holding down the power button (about 30 seconds) until the system restarts? I used to have it once I also had no connection with the internal sim card.

I have just managed to reset the iDrive system following your method. It works. Thanks a lot mate.

The Power Button??? Do you mean the blue Start/stop-bottom?

No, the volume button (or power button for the radio/multimedia system)
