No its not. Its one of the aftermarket companies that make watch faces. It says "For" Apple watch. Not "From Apple"

If it cannot tell me state of charge and locked. No thanks. Even on the iPhone widgets, it is sad I need two widgets to tell me that. One widget to tell me if it is locked and one widget to tell me battery %. I don't care for the guess o meter value.

 

Let's pick on the font

 

Not related to this particular watch face, but it's so underwhelming that BMW changed the icon for the MyBMW watch complication from a cool Roundel to a lame "MyBMW" logo. It looks so cheesy now.
