Very nice, thanks for the link! It looks very promising. Do you happen to know if the front seat was also setup for this person?
Dont think the front seat was set for him.

But just found another video here, where he first set the front seat, and then check the backseat. Looks like plenty of space

@Inside new member here and fellow dane. I do not have enough posts in this forum to write to you directly, but wanted to ask you about your order, pricing, quoted delivery date and discount. Would you mind telling me more about your order on a pm? Will of course share my order details as soon as I have the final quote from Jan Nygaard, but curious as to discounts other danes have gotten.

My order, for which I am missing price, is:
  • I4 M50
  • Supercharged package
  • Dravit grey metallic
  • 19" 861M wheels
  • Extended shadow line detailing
Thanks in advance!

And my contribution!
Although they are the same 2 cars!!!
:D:D

The more videos the better :D It is funny how all the videos released today are French. Wonder when we will have the UK/English previews.

Welcome to the forum @mickiii

What are you driving at the moment? Will the i4 be your first BMW?

Unfortunately I don't have any good pictures but I did get the chance to sit in the i4 m50 today in both the front and back seats. I would say in the back there is sufficient legroom when seated behind a normal size adult. Head room is a little tight. If I sit up completely straight then the top of my head does touch the headliner. I am 5' 11" by the way.

If I may ask, where did you get a chance to sit in the M50?

At the IAA in Munich. There were a bunch of iXs and a single frozen blue i4 m50 that you could actually get in and check out. Unfortunately it was so busy it was difficult to spend much time in the car.

Got it!
Your profile has a little US flag next to it so I was wondering if the car you sat in was in the US. 😀

I guess I'll have to wait until the car starts touring in the US.

An old thread I know, but after today, very relevant for me...

The i4 is on exhibition here in Copenhagen this weekend and I had a chance the take a really good look at the car (and talk to other people ("Inside"?) who has bought the car (y)).

Firstly I loved everything about the car. I had seen the 4 Gran Coupe a couple of times, so it wasn't really new, but still, it fits perfectly to my taste.

Then I went and sat in the back. I'm only 1.73m (5ft8), but found it "awkward" to get in the back and I only had a couple of centimeters from my head to the roof. next to me came a man who was 182cm tall and he couldn't sit there. His son, however, same height but shorter body and longer legs fitted fine, but legroom was limited. I have owned several 3 series but this felt like the smallest both in height and legroom. Definitely smaller than my current F30. Just getting in was difficult, like the opening was smaller than on my F30.

The car however was with the sunroof, and it seemed like it took a lot of room in the rear, where it goes when opened.

I wonder if the version without a sunroof will have just a little more headroom in the rear or is that the same?

The sunroof didn't work (most likely not powered), so couldn't test how much it opened.

Picture just for documentation (you know; "pictures or it didn't happen" :) )

BTW: It was a german registered car, perhaps one of the cars from the reviews...

It was nice to meet you at the fair 😁 I will make a thread later today with my impressions. But I can say that I was not disappointed!

But you are right regarding the headroom at the back. It's not ideal but it worked fine for me (186cm).
