Not sure in the US but easy enough to change them yourself or ask the dealer to do it. The emblems are compatible with all i4's

my question was because I was looking at special color on the 40. The dealer inquired and was told it’s $4500 or if I add the 3MQ (badges) it’s $3750. On the pricing/order guide it doesn’t show the 3MQ as an option on the 40. I’ll find out from him in time, was just trying To get an answer sooner. Thought if anyone had ordered 3MQ on the 40, it’d tell me the pricing guide might not be up to date.

These emblems are available only on M50, not e40. However, as @Steve Ward said you can purchase them after and change them.

For anyone who is curious. The dealer did confirm Badges are M50 only (as mentioned here). So if you are getting custom paint on a M50, you order the Badges for $200 and save $750 on the paint. In my case, I still ordered Melbourne Red, but it was $4500. Actually able to squeak out a $1100 discount off MSRP and avoided the $1200 price increase coming up because dealer had someone cancel an order that was going to production. They turned that production spot in to my car which is this years pricing. Didn’t hurt we are getting a x5 when 24s come out. Now wait 4-5 months which isn’t bad compared to the M50 line.

My dealer told me the 50A emblems not available anymore and will flow away and be replaced with standard blue ones.
Cannot be ordered anymore.
I wanted to have them!

Pretty sure you can order and fit them yourself. Mine was ordered without and then I saw all the pictures with them and I had fear of missing out. They look awesome and are very simple to fit
