I'm ready!!
I've seen some renders with a big screen for rear seats, a bit like the i7, if it's the case, that would be great for my kids...

£97k for the i5 M60....and only 0.1s faster 0-60. Sheesh
Specs from the presentation:
i5 eDrive 40 - 250kw/340hp - 0-100kmh(0-62mph): 6.0s - Electric Range (WLTP) 477-582km (296-362 miles)
i5 M60 - 442kw/601hp - 0-100kmh (0-62mph): 3.8s - Electric Range (WLTP) 455-516km (283-321 miles)
I want that YouTube feature! I Pray they bring it to the i4.

It looks absolutely hideous. Another new distastefully made-up BMW with an excessive amount of lipstick, the M60 that is. The eDrive40 is a little better. But all those sharp and edgy lines. The headlights with that upward pointing end weren't particularly pleasant. Makes it look cheap. The laserlights in the i4 look far more sophisticated than this headlight unit. They also borrowed the XM grille.

I'm glad I went with the i4.

I like that 5 on the side lol.

It's so cool that the i family is growing - hmmm, That's at least one person saying they're going to upgrade to this car down the road.

I hope we don't go down to zero members of this website one day lol

But I like having the younger brother out of the lineup so far, more sporty of course the OG BMW electric car (though I guess that's the i3).
I am not feeling the new design at all right now. Too bubbly, reminds me of an Accord.

Yeah I think the outgoing 5 is much better looking. Just watching the carwow video and the comments saying how this car makes the outgoing model look gorgeous.

I'm afraid they try so hard to be so posh with the new design that they lose timelessness.

You think?
To me it's just a bigger car. Same battery same motors, same screens, same performances.

The positive is that the i4 will hold its value.

I don't think I'll change before the Neue Klass, fully electric built BMWs, around 2026+

I like the interior camera. I would like it if there was a sentry mode (the only thing I like about the Tesla).
Why do they have to make these videos as painful as possible? "I know, I'll use an IDE!" I couldn't even finish it, it was so bad.

Would be nice to have Driver Assist Plus up to 85 mph on the i4...

Here's the press release for the i5 if anyone's interested.

I'm a bit surprised the range for the i5 eDrive40 is estimated at 295 miles and 256 miles for the M60 xDrive. I thought it'd be a little higher.
