Just noticed the new Traffic Camera Information offer I have available in the Connected drive store for my i4. I tried to activate the free trial first through the "connecteddrive store" app in the car but then I had a checkout issue where I could not checkout with the trial on the website.
Called into Connecteddrive customer care and they told me they have an ongoing issue for in vehicle purchases which they are working on. They cancelled my purchase and told me to purchase it via store for now. The best way to purchase it is by logging in the store.
So I went into the store and activated the purchase.
Just wanted to let anyone know who is also facing this issue as I did not find this anywhere else.
Also this becomes my first post on this forum😁
So far I am liking the feature right now as I can in the red light cameras and speed cameras in my area which is helpful. Might go ahead with the 1 year offer as I like to use vehicle maps and like the HUD notification till now.
Also FYI the trial should be available for all i4s if I am not mistaken so I would suggest you to check in the store and see if you have it available (you most likely should have
). No harm in trying the 1 month free trial I suppose
