That 868M in Jet Black finish looks like a brushed 868M painted Jet Black aftermarket - it shows the same P/N as the Brushed 868M. If it were an OEM finish then it will show a different P/N.

It doesn’t have the MP logo, so if it’s OEM, it’s the 868M brushed version. They’re diamond cut and quite hard to fix when curbed, so a lot of people would just paint them. Looks like the case here.

The 868M NG is also diamond cut, but it has a light coat of transparent gold on top which actually makes it a lot more easier to fix.

 

I think you're right that someone just powder coated/painted, first pic looks to have the raised lip where the MP logo would have been.

 

Do you happen to know the width of those wheels? The NG aren't as wide in the rear (both 8.5" front, NG: 9" rear, brushed: 10" rear). If your car came stock with 20", the NG will need spacers to look right. If it didn't come with 20", then the regular 868m will need fenders to look right.

 

I have the NG on non factory 20” without fender flares. The NG are exactly the same width and offsets as the stock 19” and it’s for those without the fender flares. I retrofitted the fender flares so yea, waiting for the 20mm spacers to arrive at the moment.

Edit: Oh, you meant the ones OP showed from alloyhub.com? I wouldn’t bother, pretty sure they’re refurbished but asking for more than brand new’s price…
