Welcome to the forum @Landen! Between black and white I'd definitely go with black. Maybe a blue or red but it depends on which one they use.
If you routinely wash your car black is pretty easy to maintain. It's not as bad as some people make it out to be. If you're that concerned you could always get some PPF to protect the paint.
The Model 3 Performance with destination is the US is $58,190.
The i4 will be more expensive than that Model 3 the question is how much. Hopefully at 6pm est next Tuesday all the questions about price and specs on two of the trims will be answered.
Some people claim, once you’ve gone black you never go back….. I had black cars and when they are all cleaned up, there is nothing that looks that good…. But you will see anything on them… even a tiny bit of dust…
Oooh I’m going back or black, one of these 2
Fully agree with this.
When the rear wheels of a black car come out of the garage, the front looks already dirty.
But, when clean, a black car simply looks amazing.
So, the i4 will be my 6th black car. Replacing a black car and sharing the garage with another black car 😎
I had some black cars in the past. It looks beautiful when it is just washed. But as with white you will see everything on it. Now I choosed for On black you also see swirls earlier.
For the i4 e40 M trim I choosed Dravitgrau. The strange gray plastic caps on the rear bumper integrate better with that and it gives a better contrast with the black nose.
Sapphire black for me. I seriously looked at thr Dravit Grey, but thought it looked too, er, 'Grey' in cloudy weather i.e. couldn't see the metallic element of it. We get a lot of cloudy days over here.
Team BG here as well. Initially ordered it in Black but was doubting about Brooklyn Grey. Looked to white in the configurator. Saw some picture of the Brookly Grey and changed my order. DId a test drive a couple of weeks ago. Dealer had the Black and Brooklyn Grey so I could compare.
I agree the car looks great in Black but I am happy I changed my order to Brooklyn Grey.
Current Build is San Remo Green w/ Cognac interior and blue brake pads.
Considered Sunset Orange but couldn't pull the trigger. Haven't seen either IRL (other than that I think the i3 used to come in Sunset Orange and saw a few of those back in the day).
We're going with the Mineral White. It looks dazzling in the sunlight. I've had that color on my previous 2 Beemers and have been pleased with the color and its ability to not show the dirt.
Hahaha, black is a nono… had one black car. Had to wash it weekly and wax/buff it twice a month. Was a cosmo black 323is 1998. Loved that car and looked perfect all the time. But don’t need a commitment…. Noooo thanks. Anyone who tells you their black car was not a big deal to maintain is not very picky. Black shows everything and just too much work!!
