I think it looks great. The same exterior I had specked until I decided to add the M-Sport because they added the adjustable suspension back in when I was finalizing. M-Sport=No Skyscraper. I think Skyscraper is the nicest low key exterior IMO. It should be easy to care for too.

 

Looks great. I saw a car with the chrome around the windows and didn't like it. I would remove the silver triangles. There will be a few holes but it's an option. I would that the triangles could also be painted. This is the first time I noticed that the grill was chrome.

I’m getting mine next week, so I’ll do the same! I was heavily debating between skyscraper and tanzanite but ultimately, I thought this was the sleeker/ classier option. The tanzanite though def gives the most sporty look of all the colors imo.

I don't know why, but the aero covers just don't do it for me...

 

I can see that definitely. However, there is the option of removing the aero caps if you choose. But what’s the benefit, besides cosmetics, of having the 19 inch wheels compared to the 18? Obviously the range goes down but are there advantages to the 19 inch ones?

Not sure it matters if we like it, so long as YOU do. You're the only person here who has to live with it every day that you own it.
Personally, I don't care for any of the offered grays, but to me, Dravit > Skyscraper > Brooklyn, YMMV.

 

With that combination of color and wheels, I think it looks better with the chrome trim on the windows.

If you would chose other darker 18 wheels, shadow would be the way to go.

Otherwise the colors clash.

 

It looks nice but I'd add the aluminium frames around the windows also. Looks much better than the black frame, especially on Skyscraper Grey, Aventurin Red or Sunset Orange.

I think the 855 wheels look best with Skyscraper gray or white (like all the BMW press photos).
I got the 855 wheels as the 18 inch wheels don't come with all season tires and are a 225 width square in the US.
The 855 wheels look a lot better in person imo. Before seeing them in person, I thought I'd take the aeros off in the first week. Fwiw, I still have them on, but definitely wish it were a little easier to pop them off and on, as I don't like that they shout EV.

I actually changed my color to the Tanzanite Blue Metallic and chose the Canberra Beige as my interior (I felt the cognac was a little too dark with the black roof on top). I chose the 855 wheels with it- do you think this combination is still a winner?

I do have the option of changing the wheels, but I need to make the call super soon haha. Do the silver Aeros highlight the tanzanite + Canberra beige interior in your opinion?

Awesome choice on tanzanite. Dravit had to much gold for me and I was torn between tanzanite and skyscraper. I have no regrets going tanzanite (asdid from keeping her clean). I love walking up to a dark blue car and seeing the sparkle when the sun hits it. I don't like two tone anything so I went with the 854s. I murdered out the grill and diffuser. I am about to change my alma mater silver plate frame to something all black.
