Mount for charging block?

Hi all. I use the OEM level 2 charging cable that came with my i4. I thought I read somewhere that there is a mounting kit for it? I'm talking about the transformer block on the cable. Looks like it has screw holes on the back, but I cant find any mounting accessories. What do you guys use, and where did you get any mounting stuff?
