Makes much more sense now, when I questioned the dealer about the theft that was at the top of the carfax before it was delivered and the dealer didn't really know, they just told me it had minor damage that was repaired which I still can't find what it was, the paint is fine in all areas, they did show me the repair bill that was 22k. I asked for a CPO and they told me it's not possible because the vehicle was considered new since it never had an owner and that I would be getting all the factory warranty and benefits just at half the price. When I posted the car on reddit a user reached out to me stating that he was using the car as a company vehicle and the reason why it ended up with BMWNA was because it was damaged in transit. You're on the east coast right? I wonder how it ended up over here in California, even the car fax stated everything was done here. Did your dealer tell you the car was stolen and they would be sending you out another one? Did they give it to you cheaper? Strange too because this dealer I got it from seems to get their hands on a lot of individuals (Century West BMW), my salesperson loved to brag about that too, saying that were always sent individuals, I wonder if they have something to do with getting so many of these "new/used" individuals. It was never on their public lot either, hidden away in some private lot that sat for months before I found it.
