Hi all

Any real life pictures of the i4 (or the new Gran Coupe) in Tanzanite Blue?

I ordered my M50 with Tanzanite Blue II color. Not many seem to have made the same choice.

Actually i feel like i'm the only one.

Maybe it's because you have to pay extra?
We have been looking at almost all available colors and the only reason we didn't choose Tanzanite Blue was because of the extra cost. There are many great colors, but TB is definitely one of the best in my book.

I also have Tanzanite Blue in my order. After seeing that color live at a BMW dealer, I think it is very very nice in sunshine, but gets a little dull when its cloudy or when dark. I will therefore change it to Portimao blue. I think it is as nice in sunlight as in dark ... 😊

Damn. I really need to stop looking at BMW's online. On Reddit today, there was a pic of a Tanzanite M440 with a red interior. I don't think I ever even tried this config thinking the colors wouldn't work. I had my mind set with the Canberra Beige (I'm getting sensatek). Now I'm thinking I'm going to need to talk to my salesman and change it. What do you think Team Tanzanite? Profile won't matter as much because the windows will be tinted within the first week or so.

I really like it, @PTB! Although it’s not what I chose, I wanted it. The interior was a choice of my wife’s (Oyster), and I was good with that one as well. But, I liked the contrast between Tanzanite and Red interior. Fully support!

I don't personally understand why the seat color must match with the exterior.

I choose both separately for my liking.

You will not be looking at them both together nearly as much as separately.

But of course this is very normal for a BMW forum. We usually overthink more than underthink :D

Ya Tanzanite was a no brainer for me, love the dark blue. Had a Phytonic Blue X3 M40 a couple years ago and loved it but this color is even better! Different than all the other black bimmers driving around here! And really pops with the red calipers.

I also ordered Tanzanite Blue w/Cognac interior. Why not more TB's? If I had to guess, cost is part of it; extending the delivery times will be the other. In the end, it's important to get what you want.

Demo cars arrived at norwegian dealers, unveiling in showrooms 15th of december. Tanzanite blue just off the truck, 19" M859, shadowline laser headlights, extended shadowline trim.

It's comforting to know homes around the world work the same way... In my case my wife approved, but she could have as easily not approved.

Perfect color on a perfect car.... I've placed my pre-order 2 months ago, unfortunately, my country is limited to 6 units of I4 with color possibilities of mineral white, san remo green and black.

Still thinking..
1. Order any color, put PPF film on dark blue
2. Order any color, repaint
3. Cancel order.... wait until possible

Any suggestions?

I didn't order Tanzanite Blue (due to the limited lease budget), but I really think this is the color with the most class. It really looks like a car for people with style (and I don't mean this in any way to denigrate the other colors)
