An annoying TikTok video instead of pictures, but I think it's the best view I've seen of a car in Tanzanite Blue on a sunny day.

Here is a shoot of a Tanzanite next to a FPB

I just ordered mine in Tanzanite. After 10000 hours of research I believe this is the coolest colour for me who wants the car to look sporty in a colour I will not get bored of

In this thread, you can see all the blue colors you can choose from.

Tanzanite is really good looking color especially in warm climate, it changes the shade from almost dark blue/black to light blue (like portimato).
But the maintenace level is 10/10, it is worse or same level as black... Especially with white interior and kids on the board. Very demanding setup. I am having in my 5 series and I know what I am saying :)

What do you do in terms of maintenance? Just regular cleaning or do you do specific polishing or other stuff?

I have it wrapped (full front) so chips are not visible. The rest of the car is coated. And yeah only hand wash or detailing studio.
Nevertheless the dust or rain cause the paint is starting to look bad. So hand wash often with care is something I would suggest.

I have had dark blue, purple and black BMWs.
I haven't noticed them harder to take care of.

I'll ceramic coat as soon as I get the car then use a PTFE based wax on a regular basis.
Always hand wash with quality products and two buckets.

Waiting on my Tanzanite M50!

Has anyone had ceramic coat on a vehicle. I started to research it, sounds interesting. Does it prevent the swirl marks you can get when hand polishing ect?
