I been playing with it and we (US) dont get all the options like over in the UK and Germany...

 

What I really want are the massage seats from the 5 series..

I’m configuring my M50 here in the US, however I’m noticing that the seats don’t have an option for the M sport seats, whereas the UK build website allows for that (Bucket seats with M badge on headrests) Does anyone know if this is just a regional thing or if the US model will come with these sport seats as well?

I’ve also heard that if you choose the leather option instead of Sensatec you might get the sport seats?

It does not look like the M-Sport seats are available either in the US or Canada. We get the standard sports seats only.

It's pretty confusing...
When we (most of the European countries) select Sensatec, you get the "normal" sport seats, as you guys (USA) have.
When we select Vernasca Leather, we can have Black, Tacora Red, Mocha, and Oyster, but also only in the "normal" sport seats.
Black with Black/Blue stitching, and Cognac can only be ordered with the M Sport seats
Sensatec/Alcantara with Blue stitching is also only possible with the "normal" Sport seats.

So, you guys can have Cognac on the normal sport seats, we can't, we can have it only on the M Sport seats....

Why do they make so much differences? I can understand they have problems with lighting, or suspension, or.... but a seat?? come on...

You didn't mention the type of sub-species you belong to. But I know.... you belong to the category of FU'ed people, who are misled by the marketeers and who are also the victims of the bugs programmers leave behind in their configurators. Welcome to the club!

What configuration will give me the maximum headroom?

Sunroof -> yes/no?
M Sportseat -> yes/no?
Standard M Seat (the Sensatec one which is std. in the M50) -> yes/no?
Electric or Manual Seat adjustment, can the manual seat be lowered further?
