Yes radar is there, the material the grille is made from does not affect it. Works as normal .

What wheels are these pls, who manufactures them, the only ones I can find are replicas that do not have the right load rating.

Carbon buckets swap from non-ventilated Sport seats in 4 steps:

• Add 4 wires: K-CAN +/- to passenger controller (pin 5, pin 6), +12V wires (pin 7) to power ///M badges to each seat controller
• Move wire from pin 4 wire to pin 8 (LIN) in passenger seat controller- Carbon buckets have no footwell light.
• VO Coded 48C (Carbon Buckets), removed 481 (Sport Seats) and 488 (lumbar) via BimmerUtility
• Enable occupancy sensor on passenger controller via ISTA (clear any airbag error)

* i4 ventilated seats, or M Sport seats have controller on passenger-side, CAN wires are already in there so no need to add CAN wires.

Can anyone tell me what the hockey-stick shaped trim piece on the side is called?

I've ordered a frozen blue xdrive40 and am considering an aftermarket replacement. I'm thinking chrome might look really nice as a contrast to the matte finish, or perhaps matte silver.

The new grills are one piece rather than the original colored trim rings.
Did you base that off the new grill, or cover over the old as one piece?
Or is that a solid carbon fiber custom piece?

Pre-LCI grill surround, Carbon/epoxy layer over plastic.

Had the i4 for about 2 months now. Just had a stealth PPF applied with gloss black roof. Cheaped out on some Aliexpress CSL style taillights and gloss M4 style spoiler/front lip. Really happy with the frozen style color.

Next mod is likely to fit in a driver side glove box. Also considering an LCI steering wheel and crystal shifter.
