I've never owned a black car and have heard they are hard to maintain. What colors is everyone else thinking?

I like the color very much. When I finally get the car, I will have a professional company to put on Drop Off Ceramic Paint Protection. Have it on my 530e now and is very satisfied with itMy wife is going dravit too. I wanted that…. But… don’t want to do matching cars again.

And you are getting the elusive blue calipers!I have owned one black car and it looked awesome on the day I washed it and then made me feel I had to wash it every week. I've got a white car now, and it is much easier to keep looking good. Not as dramatic looking as black, but day in and day out it looks better if you don't have time to be obsessive about cleaning. I've owned red, a couple tones of silver, navy blue, black and white cars. Silver and white were the easiest to keep looking good. Red not too bad, Black and Navy blue much more difficult (but boy do they look nice if you keep them clean and polished!). All that being said, I am trying Brooklyn Gray for my i4 because it is a little more different than white (face it, 50% of all cars on the road are white) and I think it will be pretty easy to keep looking good (plus it looks great with the blue accents, blue brake calipers and blue Laserlight accents).
We'll see. I am in the order bank awaiting an allocation (supposedly I am next), so this is just what's on my build sheet, not an actual order accepted by BMW.And you are getting the elusive blue calipers!
